Who Can Apply:

·         Martyrs, missings’ heirs and disabled high school graduate

·         High school percentage should be at least 70%

 

Required Documents:

·         ID Card (TAZKIRA)

·         High school graduate diploma and transcript ( Shahdatnamah)

·         Disabled ID card or father’s Martyr card

·         Copy of collateral letter ( Wasiqa ) which mentioned the name of the applicant

·         Photo

Where can You apply :

·         Kabul ( ministry of martyrs and disabled affairs )

 

·         Provinces( branch of ministry of martyrs and disabled affairs
