Schwarzman Scholars program in China for Master Degree (Fully funded)

Program Overview

 

Schwarzman Scholars program is pleased to offer full funded scholarships to most promising international young leaders after going through a rigid evaluation process. Scholarship participants will receive a Master’s Degree awarded by Tsinghua University, and accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The program offers is aimed to expand the Scholars’ professional networks, deepening academic and experiential knowledge of China, and expanding their cultural understandings of China

 

Eligibility:

 

Ø  Hold a bachelors degree or obtain by August 1, 2019

Ø  Be between 18 and 29 years old

Ø  Demonstrate English language proficiency (IELTS7/TOEFL100.) No need to TOEFL if the applicant has studied for at least two years in English language

 

Ø  No citizenship restrictio

Ø  $4000 personal stipend

 

Requirements:

Ø  Complete online application

Ø  Undergraduate or graduate transcripts (Official translations must be included, in case they are not in English.)

Ø  Three electronic letters of recommendation

Ø  One minute Video to introduce themselves and describe their interests and personality (Optional, 20MB)

Ø  CV (Max. 2 pages)

Ø  Two Essays (Leadership essay-750 words and Statement of Purpose-500 words)

Ø  Short question answer

Ø  Statement of Purpose and Leadership: describing specific examples of the applicant’s leadership (Max. 750 words)

 

Ø  Current Affairs Essay: manifests the current factors influencing the chosen topic and make a feasible recommendation (Max. 500 words)

Successful applicants are selected based on the following criteria:

1.       Academic performance and aptitude

2.       Leadership skills and potentials

3.       Entrepreneurship character cross cultural adaptability

4.       Ability to of Opportunities anticipation
