Scholarships from the Russian Government for Master’s Degrees at 500 Russian Universities 2023

Brief Description:

Application is open for the Russian Open Door Scholarship project for applicants worldwide to pursue their master’s degree at a leading university in Russia.

For international students who are interested in being admitted for free to a master’s degree in Russia, the Global Universities Association has made the Open-Door Russian Scholarship Project available in partnership with the Russian Federation’s ministry of education and science. Candidates should take part in two rounds of the online Olympiad (competition), which includes:

·      Portfolio competition

·      Problem-solving round

Other program partners:

·      The Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs,

·      Compatriot Living Abroad and

·      International Humanitarian Cooperation.
