The Rotary Yoneyama memorial foundation is a large private scholarship organization which is active in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, Rotary Club was founded in Chicago in 1905 and Japan’s first Rotary Club was established in Tokyo in 1920 and support those students and researchers who wish to study in Japanese universities
Value:
· Scholarship offers the following
· Undergraduates will get 100,000JPY per year
· Master’s degree will get 140,000JPY per year
· Doctoral degree will get 140,000JPY per year
· One way airfare; 250,000 JPY
· It is not a fully funded , Entrance fees and tuition must be paid individually,
Requirement of the program
· You need to find a university that have the subject you want to study and should receive an approval of admission
· according to below schedule date you should process your admission
· The letter of acceptance should be submitted by the end of January 2020 for April 2020 enrollment
· Submit the acceptance letter by the end of June 2020, for Fall 2020 enrollment

What Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation expects from you?
· To have the mission of studying with clear goals
· To be able to accept and get familiar with different cultures
· Be able to talk and behave with others patiently
· To understand the Yoneyama foundation’s mission and goals and put it in action
Characteristic of the program:
· A financial support and personal support for overseas students
· The entrance exam will be in your own country
Your responsibility :
· Know and communicate in Japanese language
· Join all meetings which will be hold in hostel
· In September and February of each year you must forward a report from your activity
· After graduation all students should fallow the exchange and goodwill cultivated within the Rotary Community The key skills of communication
The applicant should have:
· English skill
· Basic Japanese
Who are able to obtain the awards?
· Must not be a Japanese citizen
· Have graduation certificates
· Recommendation letter from your supervisor
· Your healthy result card of mental and physical condition
· Age: The applicant must be under 45 years of age
Who are not able to apply?
· If you are applying on other scholarships which is in process
· If you have received a scholarship in the past from Yoneyama
Which documents you should attach?
1. The name of the university/graduate school, the field/major course, the faculty advisor of the admission office you are applying must be clearly mentioned
2. Copy of your admission application
3. Research plan
4. Clear the reason of studying in Japan
5. 3 letter of recommendation( from recent school and recent job in your country and a targeted university in Japan)
6. A copy of your certificate of Japanese language (not mandatory for undergraduate applicant and those who have not taken the Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
7. your application must be complete by your hand writing
The procedures of application:
Applicants are requested to:

· Fill out the application form and save them in PDF format and in name them with the their name (applicants name, e.g. ahmad Wafa _ 1 _ Application , Ahmad Wafa _ 3_plan and so on. )
· Send the documents to the email address: apply@rotary-yoneyama.or.jp
· You will receive the an application number
· Your documents will check out by selection committee
· You will be interviewed over Skype, phone or face to face
Deadline: 15 December 2019 on 1pm Japanese time
Your result will be announced in February 2020
