Duties & Responsibilities:
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
· Persists in sales even in the face of failure
· Schedules appointments and meetings with corporate clients
· Conduct periodic customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to senior management.
· Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
· Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
· Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on high quality customer service
· Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing and new customers.
· Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
· Receive assignments in the form of objectives towards short and long-term goals and objectives and prepare Action Plans to achieve the same.
· Meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives.
· She may prepare suitable proposals, quotations and presentation for clients and receive the feedback of customers for bringing efficiency in the service in order to insure customers’ satisfaction.
· Searching potential customers across various sales channels and techniques.
· Makes product appeal to the target market
· Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
· Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
· Perform other tasks that are given by line manager
