Pakistan government offered 3000 scholarships in different fields of study and various level of educational degrees such as Undergraduate studies, Master degree and PhD. These scholarships are offered for 3000 Afghan students in next three years to support them continue their higher education, create new professional relationship and Bi-literal Communication between institutions of the two countries. This is a merit based Scholarship program that the applicants will be selected according the written test score conducted by HEC

Applicants should be from Afghanistan
Undergraduate:
Applicants should be completed their school not before 2016
Applicants mark should be at least 70% in Shahdatnama
Applicants age should be between 17-23 years old
Masters:
Applicants age: up to 35 years old (non-faculty members ) and 40 years ( faculty members ) Completed 12 years school with 70% mark + 4 years University with 2.5 CGPA out of 4.0
Ph.D.:
Applicants age: up to 35 years old (non-faculty members ) and 40 years ( faculty members ) Completed 12 years school with 70% mark + 4 years, University with 2.5 CGPA out of 4.0 + minimum 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 is required in MS/MPhil degree.
