Job Summary
Facebook is recruiting a market specialist to work with the south Asia Regional operations team. The primary responsibility is to review content reported for potential abuse, resolve user account issues, improve the overall support experience for the region.
The Market specialist SUCCESSFULL APPLICANT will be part of a data-driven analysis culture and will help the Facebook scale the operation by optimization and automation of the processes, solution provision to challenging problems, and most significantly helping to prevent them.
responsibility and description:
· high-quality Answering peed and empathy and accuracy to inquiries from the Afghanistan community
· investigation and resolving problems reported on Facebook/Instagram Such as request for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
· become and remain knowledgeable about the standards of Facebook products and community
· Know the current events and typical user behavior in Afghanistan
· collect region-specific insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis of Afghanistan community interactions with Facebook & Instagram support and use the data to develop ways for improving the support of our community of users in the region in collaboration with partners across the Facebook company
· Communicating region-specific insights to partners within Facebook
· Independent solutions delivery for key experience issues for Afghanistan community through effective project management and problem-solving
· displaying a strong bias to demonstrate empathy for our community in supporting community operations’ mission
Minimum qualification and requirements
· Hold a BA or Bs degree
· Have over three years of professional experience
· actively understand the Facebook and Instagram platforms
· Be passionate for the Facebook produce and ensuring good user experience
· Be excellent and problem-solving and analytics be able to work independently across competing priorities
· Be able to thrive in a continually changing operations environment and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and internal organizations
· Have strong English language skills (written and verbal)
· Be fluent in written and conversational Dari (Afghanistan)
· Moderate working knowledge of Excel & SQL is given preference
· Policy experience is a plus
