This scholarship provides a wide range of facilities to the students. Eligibility:

• Students adhering the following requirements can apply to this program: • Be citizen of any country other than republic of Turkey • Not married (be single) • Age is limited to 16 years old (born after 1.1.2003) • Hold a score degree of at least 70 percent or higher secondary or intermediate equivalent to Turkish grade 8 • Not have been punished during his education • Not repetition or school suspension for more than two year • Student or his family must not line inside turkey and live in his own home country • Be mentally and physically healthy

Application Documents Required:

 • Photo taken in last six months • Passport/national ID card • Secondary school diploma and transcripts having high degree and its equivalent diploma in Turkey from any Turkish foreign mission • ID card or passport • Health report • Passport size photos (6 photos) • Birthdate certificate • Permission of parent or guardian • Study permission from Turkish embassy
