The Higher School of Economics or HSE presents government-funded scholarships for international students for the Master’s degree. This is a merit-based scholarship that will waive the tuition fees of students to a certain degree.

Benefits:
Ø This is not a full scholarship.
Ø The scholarship only covers tuition fees; therefore, all the other costs are on the applicant.
Ø If your portfolio gets a higher score, you get more percentages of scholarship.
Ø Each year, based on your behavior and performance, the percentage might change.
Ø If you win various other competitions, you will be considered for full-tuition scholarships.
