An international scientific conference on HIV that will be held in Mexico City of Mexico is offering 250 volunteer positions giving you the chance to participate at this international conference. The selected volunteer through this program can meet new AIDS experts, other volunteers, diverse participant and have free access to the conference. Volunteer’s requirement:
* Volunteer should be over 18 years old
* You should have good English skill
* Volunteer should be able to attend the kick-off meeting, important trainings on (July 19, 2019)
* The applicant must have time for three half-day shifts on three consecutive days, the preference will be given for those applicant who will be more available
* The applicant should accept the volunteer policy
* The volunteer should review the IAS Values
Volunteer task during the program:
* Extend the image of the conference to the participant
* Coordinating the program activity
* Greet visiting the delegates
* Cooperate with registration committee
* Your shift (morning and afternoon), will be set according the conference activity
* In your free time you can attend to the conference and enjoying the program
* Morning shift will be started earlier as 05:45
* Afternoon shift will be finished later as 22:00
Selection process:
* The selection team will review
* Your application you should meet the above requirements
* The first applications will be in the first served basis
* The preference will be given to you according your motivation, experience and team spirit
* The successful applicant will receive a proposal and will be invited to confirm the program schedule within 10 days
* When an applicant rejects the proposal they will not be able to receive the another proposal
* If you are not meet the selection criteria, your application will be on hold and you should wait for the another comment and stage

* Visa requirements
* Costs accommodation costs
How to apply:
* The applicant should contact with the nearest Mexican embassy or consulate for his/her visa application and submit the visa application before June 1, 2019
* No reason will be accepted for the refusing of your Visa
