Bright Future Afghanistan’s training and recruitment program is recruiting 150 recent university graduates who are looking for their first job to provide them Job Readiness Training and Internship.
The program provides:
Ø Essential job training
Ø Mentoring
Ø Access to a network of private sector companies and public sector agencies

Eligibility:
Applications are accepted from two-year and four-year University graduates of the following disciplines:

· Be between the age of 18-35
· Currently residing in Kabul city
· Have no prior work experience
· To complete the training and accept internship offers, applicants should have no on-going educational or working program during the day.
· Have access to the internet and be familiar with the basic Ms office programs, internet browsing and social media.
How The Program is Organized?
Internships are assigned to program participants at the completion of the 80-hour training period offered via online and include offline methods of instructions in the following subjects:
· jobs skills development
· market Trends
· pre and post-employment readiness
· labor law
In many cases, after the completion of the Internship period, Employers may provide Interns with a formal offer of employment.
· The participants interested to join the program will be provided with at least a two weeks internship program at
· Bayat Foundation, Afghan Wireless Communication Company, Ariana Television, Bayat Media Center, Bayat Power, AWCC Mobile Money
· Small and Medium Enterprises that work with Bright Future
· Partner organizations related to the organizations that implement Bright Future program that may include NGOs, Private Companies, and Affiliated Organizations.
· The training and internship: August 1- September 15, 2020
