first-year student of a bachelor’s degree studying on a Student Visa Permit
could receive about $9,000, depending on admission average.
2. GOLD STANDARD SCHOLARSHIP
The 5% toppers in each faculty could receive up to $6,000,
depending on the admission average.
3. UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY SCHOLARSHIP
Students with the same conditions for “INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
SCHOLARSHIP” could receive nearly $5,000. Selection rests on a student’s high
school region.
2. Application-based scholarships
These are scholarships for which you need to submit a single
application. You must apply to an undergraduate degree program to be accepted
for this type. Your applications are assessed based on your background,
experiences, achievements, and interests, and you will be considered for a
match to the available scholarships.
