Scholarships are available from
the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) for persons studying in
Turkey at a university or higher education institution with a temporary
protection status. This scholarship is a higher education Cash Grant programme
2022 sponsored by Turkiye Scholarships in collaboration with the United Nations
High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Eligibility:
·
Having temporary
protection status,
·
born in 1998 or later,
·
Be enrolled in a
university in Turkey to study in undergraduate or associate degree programs in
the 2021-2022 academic year,

Having a GPA of 2.00 or
higher for the 2021-2022 Fall Semester,
·
Meet the academic
requirements of the program you are applying for.
ineligibility:
·
Those who have previously
received/received a scholarship from any public institution of the Republic of
Turkey at the applied level cannot benefit from Türkiye Scholarships.
·
Candidates with Turkish
citizenship or dual citizenship cannot apply.
·
Students studying at
preparatory classes, evening education programs and private universities cannot
apply.
Selection criteria:
Turkey Scholarships selections
are based on academic and social success. Students are required to upload
their student certificate showing that they are active students at the time of
application and their transcripts showing their 2021-2022 Fall Semester GPA.
Students who do not upload these documents will not be evaluated.
