applications for its Junior Professional Associate (JPA) program, which
provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to gain professional experience and
direct exposure to the challenges – and rewards – of international development.
You are the appropriate

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the JPA
program, applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

Be at the age of 28 years or
younger on the first day of service
·
Hold the equivalent of a
Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
·
Be fluent in English
·
Knowledge of one or more
of the Bank’s working languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian,
and Spanish) is a plus:

The program is open to
applicants from all over the world but priority will be given to WB’s member
countries or countries of operation.
Specifically, the World Bank will
consider you for JPA if:

Your academic
accomplishments are excellent and place you at the top level of your graduating
class.
·
Your analytical and
research skills extend to majors such as: economics, finance, human development
(public health, education, nutrition, population), social sciences
(anthropology, sociology), agriculture, environment (climate, blue economy), infrastructure,
private sector development, as well as other relevant fields, including
corporate and administrative functions (IT, legal, accounting, communications,
etc.).
