Brief Description:
The Indian Council for Cultural
Relations (ICCR) has launched a Video Blogging contest on the theme “My
impressions of India” or “What India means to me” to commemorate
its 71st Foundation Day. The contest is open to foreign students who studied in
India (ICCR alumni and others, as well as those who study under the
self-finance scheme) and reside outside of India.

Guidelines for video submission

Any commentary/explanation
in the video should be in English or with English subtitles.

Contestants can upload the
video on Embassy’s social media platforms or the embassy will devise their
method for receiving entries.

Participants should
provide the following details once the video is uploaded: Full Name, Date of
Birth, Address, Contact Number and Email ID
·
Providing these details is
mandatory for all participants.
Terms and conditions
·
The video should not
contain any offensive or derogatory language or content.
·
The work submitted should
be the original work of the participants that have not been published before on
any digital media channel.
·
Submitters should strictly
abide by the video length otherwise they will lose points.
·
The mission and ICCR shall
reserve the rights to use the selected entries for publication purposes.
·
The submission deadline is
3 April 2021, so the video has to be submitted before or on 03/04/2021.

How to Apply?
Participants must upload a
three-minute (max.) high-resolution video in the form of a running video,
images, or a series of photos to the Embassy of India’s Facebook, Twitter, or
Instagram platforms to join the competition.
