Brief Description:
The Harvard Academy for
International and Area Studies Fellowship for 2021-22 is now accepting
applications (Harvard Academy Scholars Program). The Weatherhead Center for
International Affairs at Harvard University offers this fellowship to recognise
and support outstanding early-career scholars whose work combines disciplinary
excellence in the social sciences or law with a command of the language,
history, or culture of countries or regions outside of the United States or
Canada.
Academy scholars will be offered
a two-year residency – postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University, along
with substantial financial and research support, to conduct research projects
and receive training in their fields of interest.

Eligibility:
Candidates who have recently
achieved their PhD or doctoral candidates in Law or social sciences can apply
to this program.
·
have recently achieved
their Ph.D. (or comparable professional school degree) or be a doctoral
candidate in the social sciences or law
·
The candidates continuing
their PhD should have completed their routine training and be experts in
their theses writing
·
Note: your Ph.D. must be
obtained after September 30, 2018 (if completed a Ph.D. program)

Research proposal
(including intellectual objectives and planned methodological and disciplinary
