Fully Funded Schwarzman Scholarship program in China for Master Degree

Brief Description:

Schwarzman Scholars program is a one-year fully-funded scholarship program offered to the most promising international young leaders after going through a rigid evaluation process. Scholarship participants will receive a Master’s Degree awarded by Tsinghua University, and accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The Scholarship’s main objective is to expand the Scholars’ professional networks, deepening academic and experiential knowledge of China, and expanding their cultural understandings of China.

Eligibility:

Applicants should meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for Schwarzman Scholarships

·        Hold a bachelors degree or obtain before August 1, 2021

·        be between 18 and 28 years old as August 2021

·        Demonstrate English language proficiency (IELTS7/TOEFL100.) No need to TOEFL if the applicant has studied for at least two years in the English language

·        No citizenship restriction

 

Required documents

the following documents are required for Schwarzman Scholars Application:

·        Complete online application

·        Undergraduate or graduate transcripts (official translations must be included, in case they are not in English.)

·        Three electronic letters of recommendation

·        One minute Video to introduce themselves and describe their interests and personality (Optional, 20MB)

·        CV (max. 2 pages)

·        Two Essays (Leadership essay-750 words and Statement of Purpose-500 words)

·        Short question answer

·        Statement of Purpose and Leadership: describing specific examples of the applicant’s leadership (Max. 750 words)

·        Current Affairs Essay: manifests the current factors influencing the chosen topic and make a feasible recommendation (Max. 500 words)
