Brief Description:
In recent years, the University
of Groningen in the Netherlands has offered a wide range of scholarships to all
master’s programs. In the years 2021-2022, the Eric Bleumink Fund will grant
full scholarships to international students to study at the University of
Groningen.
The Groningen University offers
Eric Bleumink Scholarships to Master’s degree applicants because it has many
contacts with different universities and is eager to build important links with
least developed countries. It offers financial aid to people who wish to pursue
a Master’s degree for one or two years. This fund award scholarship is now
available to talented awardees.

Benefits of Scholarship:
Eric Bleumink Scholarships are
covering the following expenses:
·
Scholarship funds both
side travel to Netherland
·
Scholarship grants contain
arrival and accommodation expenses
·
The recipient will get a
Living allowance of € 970 per month and €275 setting allowance for the extra
expense when arriving in Netherland and €310 study allowance per year for books
and other study materials
·
Tuition fees for the
masters will be paid by the Eric Bleumink Fund
·
Extensions of the
fellowship are approved only in cases of serious illness, serious illness of an
immediate relative, circumstances beyond the control of candidates that stop
him or her from studying ahead
·
Eric Bleumink Fund pays
the insurance premium like medical treatment, personal accidents, extra flight
home in case of emergency and any legal liability for private persons
·
This insurance policy is
valid in Netherland, and the recipient must pay costs.
Eligibility:
Applicants should meet the

Candidates must get
admission to the field of choice rug.nl/masters/alphabetical
·
Candidates must have
acceptable academic performance along with recommendation letter
·
Applicants provide English
proficiency according to chosen feild requirements
·
Be available for the whole
period of the programme and be able to take part in the entire programme
·
Good health certificate
must be provided
·
Candidates must have
residency proof of a country
·
Applicants must be able to
participate all parts of the program
·
Have no source of
financial assistance
·

How to Apply?
It is not possible to actively
apply for an Eric Bleumink Fund Scholarship. To be considered, the student
needs to be (conditionally) admitted to one of the Master’s programs before
December 1.
Nomination Procedure: Admission
Office of Groningen will determine suitable candidates for nomination,
applicants must get admission offer for a master program before February in
order to be considered for this scholarship

The admission office will
select nominees in the first week of January in accordance with the faculties
admission board.
·
Selected candidates will
be informed and are required to send EBF motivational letter within one week to
EBF Committee.
·
Nomination file will be
sent to EBF Committee before the February 1
·
EBF Committee will
finalize selected nominees by March 1
·
Note: suitable
candidates will be nominated for this scholarship and from the number of
participants. only four of them will be considered for this offer
