United World Colleges Scholarship for Afghan Youths (UWC)

Brief Description:

The UWC National Committee of Afghanistan encourages students who are Afghan citizens residing in Afghanistan or refugees in any other country to apply. If you are a permanent resident or a citizen of a country other than Afghanistan, you are not eligible to apply through the UWC National Committee of Afghanistan. Please send your application to the national committee of the country in which you are a citizen or permanent resident.

This year, unlike last year, the application process will be entirely online. This means you can apply from anywhere in the world and not worry about the selection process’s overall logistics.

United World Colleges (UWC) is an educational initiative that spans the globe. The mission of the United World Colleges is to use education to bring people, nations, and cultures together in the quest of peace and a sustainable future.

UWC is comprised of a global network of 18 schools and colleges spread across four continents, as well as a system of volunteer-run national committees in more than 150 countries. Short courses, which offer a reduced version of the UWC educational experience, are also available.
