The programme pays for the
host university’s tuition;
·
For students, a monthly
allowance is suggested (depending on academic success).

Eligibility:
·
This scholarship is open
to citizens of any countries except Kazakhstan.
·
A person who is a resident
of Kazakhstan but is not a citizen may apply;
·
To apply, you must have a
high school diploma or a university degree.
·
If you want to apply for a
bachelor’s degree, you must have a high school diploma or a secondary school
diploma with a satisfactory grade.
·
Have a bachelor’s degree
with a GPA of at least 2.33 (out of 4.0) or its equivalent in educational
institutions.
·
Hold a Master’s degree
with a GPA of at least 2.33 (out of 4.0) in educational institutions or its
equivalent;
·
Certification of
linguistic proficiency in English, German, or French;
Required documents

A
photocopy of your ID;

Academic
transcript;
·
A copy
of the previous level of education document
·
Write a
motivational article in Kazakh, Russian, or English,.
·
A
letter of reference in Kazakh, Russian, or English from the educational
institution or employer from which the candidate graduated;

A
medical certificate for studying abroad, as well as a medical certificate
stating that you are free of (HIV infection) and AIDS diseases, provided by a
reputable/official health authority/institution in your own country;
·
If
relevant, include a letter of invitation from a Kazakhstan university.
